Nexperia VHC, VHCT, XC7SH and XC7SET parts have some advantages over the industry standard. For example, Nexperia has a wider operating temperature range of -40ºC to +125ºC, making them fully specified for automotive AEC - Q100, grade 1 applications. Also, with lower CPD, the Nexperia VHC, VHCT, XC7SH and XC7SET logic families have lower dynamic power consumption. Industry standard SO and TSSOP packages are available from Nexperia. For those applications where board space is at a premium, Nexperia also offers the DQFN package which is 75% smaller than TSSOP and 50% smaller than VSSOP. Nexperia’s VHC, VHCT, XC7SH and XC7SET logic devices are qualified to the Jedec JESD22-A114E standard for human body model electrostatic discharge; no damage will occur if the devices are subjected to 2kV human body model pulses.
