These devices integrate a boost converter, LDO regulator, and a negative charge pump, requiring only a single inductor for a compact bill of materials and minimal PCB area. The NEX10000UB supports up to 80 mA output current, while the NEX10001UB can deliver up to 220 mA. Both models feature an input voltage range of 2.7 V to 5 V, making them compatible with single-cell Li-ion, Ni-Li, and Li-Polymer batteries. With excellent line and load transient responses, these ICs ensure stable performance under varying conditions. The I²C interface allows flexible output voltage programming, and integrated protections such as undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and open-to-short-time (OTSD) enhance reliability. These power supplies are ideal for applications in smartphones and tablets, offering high efficiency and precise voltage control.
