Since then, Nidec Components has grown into one of the world’s largest manufacturers of cermet trimmers. Nidec Components has a full-lineup of sealed construction trimmers, from through-hole to surface mount devices.

Nidec Components’ SMD trimmer potentiometers are used widely in the industry where high-reliability is required. Cermet resistive elements provide excellent environmental characteristics. Sealed construction protects the trimmer against dust and liquid. Nidec Components ’s SMD trimmers are available in a variety of sizes starting from 2 mm square. Single-turn and multi-turn trimmers are available to cover various levels of adjustment requirements in a customer’s application.
