ROHM MOSFETs for DC-DC Converter & Load Switch Applications | DigiKey Daily

ROHM Semiconductor offers its MOSFETs for DC-DC buck converter and load-switching applications. ROHM Semiconductor’s power MOSFETs are designed for DC-DC and load-switch applications that require drain-to-source voltages between 30 V to 40 V and drain currents up to 80 A. The SMD Series of DC-DC Converters have adopted several processes for significantly improved efficiency. The bottom heatsink configuration ensures superior heat dissipation through its dual-element design, and the built-in high- and low-side elements minimize wiring inductance. These converters are also RoHS compliant.
