STMicroelectronics' TN series on-state RMS current-rated SCRs with enhanced immunity and +150°C Tj max

Image of STMicroelectronics TN Series High Temperature SCRs  STMicroelectronics' high-temperature SCR series is a 12 A to 80 A, 600 V to 1200 V range rated at a +150°C Tj. Used in controlled rectifier bridge, current limiter, AC relay, or as HV crowbar protection for SMPS, it perfectly suits compact equipment. Whether for solid state relays or motor starter, the +150°C junction temperature gives headroom for smaller heatsink and higher load control. Low IGT plus high surge immunity equal performance.
