Common support bottlenecks, how to leverage communities such as Maker.IO, Instructables, Twitter, Reddit, etc. Checking every week to all returns to get a handle on manufacturing issues. "declining yield" and how to combat it. Show how the 'front 4 steps' (6-10) are in a feedback loop - bad customer experiences due to production or distribution can poison your marketing. Good customer experiences will create more community to generate more projects and 'buzz', which requires more production which is riskier!"
