TAIYO YUDEN’s high-capacitance MLCCs expansion includes AEC-Q200 qualified options

Included in this release are TAIYO YUDEN's smallest package size 22 µF MLCC available at 4 V in a 0402 EIA package, 6.3 V and 10 V 22 µF MLCCs in a 0603 EIA package, and TAIYO YUDEN's lowest profile 16 V 22 µF MLCC in a 1210 EIA package with a max height of 0.95 mm. This line also contains several high-reliability AEC-Q200 qualified MLCCs, including a 10 V 22 µF product in a 1206 EIA package.
