These relays can be mounted in any position on any axis and feature tungsten contacts that improve hot load switching. They offer 2 M cycles of mechanical life, a 10 G vibration rating, a 30 G shock rating, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C. The G81C series SPDT high-voltage relay is designed for numerous industrial automation applications, including wafer and chamber cleaning in semiconductor processing equipment.
