Applications include automotive LED exterior lighting, LED interior lighting, camera flashes, instrument-backlighting, and LED status indicators. With a broad lineup of step-up (boost), buck-boost (DC/AC), and constant current/serial-in parallel-out LED driver variants, ROHM LED drivers are optimized for designer requirements.

ROHM's automotive LED product family also features AEC-Q100-qualified SMD LEDs. Excellent luminous intensity is ensured with low forward voltages around or just under 2 V. Packages including PLCC-2, 0805, 1305, and 1608, and these LEDs are well-suited to meet a wide range of interior and exterior automotive applications. Available in a multitude of colors, brightness types, and packages, ROHM automotive LEDs offer exceptional lighting performance across a -40°C to +100°C range.
