MPM3695-100 DC/DC Power Module with PMBus

MPS' MPM3695-100 is a 100 A, scalable, fully-integrated power module with a PMBus interface. The device offers a complete power solution that achieves an output current of up to 100 A with excellent load and line regulation across a wide input voltage range. The MPM3695-100 operates at high efficiency across a wide load range and can be paralleled to deliver up to 800 A of current.

By integrating four interleaved phases into a single-molded power module, the MPM3695-100 adopts MPS’ proprietary multi-phase constant-on-time (MCOT) control providing ultra-fast transient response and simple loop compensation. The PMBus interface provides module configurations and monitoring of the key parameters.

The full protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection (UVP), and overtemperature protection (OTP). The MPM3695-100 requires a minimal number of readily available external components. The module is available in a BGA (15 mm x 30 mm x 5.18 mm) package.
