Image of Kyocera AVX's 6288 seriesThe 6288 Secure Lock ZIF Series of KYOCERA AVX connectors addresses the concerns of reliability, particularly in automotive and medical applications. The connectors are moulded to allow specially adapted FPC cables, giving advantages over standard FPC connectors. The moulding allows for a true fit and once the FFC or FPC is locked in place it is almost impossible to remove by accident.

Features

  • Shaped FFC/FPC cable allows accurate positioning of cable in connector
  • Once closed almost impossible for accidental removal
  • Standard 0.5 mm pitch with gold flash finish for higher reliability soldering
