T62 Graphite Based Thermal Interface Products Slide 4

TG62 is the standard graphite based product. It is available in a thickness of 0.13 mm. This product has an across plane thermal conductivity of 400 W/m-k and a through plane conductivity of 5 W/m-k. This makes it an excellent product for demanding thermal management applications.
