Welcome to the T-Global T62 Graphite Based Thermal Interface Products product training module. This presentation will introduce the T62 series of Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs) and highlight important design criteria that must be considered in order to correctly select a product from the T62 series. It will also show some of the common areas of usage for these products.
