It operates at speeds of up to 3.4 MHz and can function across a wide voltage range from 1.7 V to 5.5 V. This device supports page write operations with a capacity of up to 256 bytes of data. It allows both random and sequential reads up to the 1 Mbit boundary. The presence of functional address lines permits up to four devices on the same bus, effectively providing an address space of up to 4 Mbit. Users can find this versatile EEPROM in various package options, including PDIP-8, SOIC-8, SOIJ-8, UDFN-8, TSSOP-8, MSOP-8, and WLCSP-8.
