This device produces a CMOS waveform output and can be used under 3.3 V, 2.5 ‎V, and 1.8 V supply voltages. Optimized for low power consumption of <1 µA typ., the device’s available frequency stabilities are ±3.8 ‎ppm over -10°C to +60°C, ±5.0 ppm over -40°C to +85°C, and ±8.0 ppm over -40°C to +105°C. The ATXK-H series is developed for ‎precise timing in space-constrained environments like wearables or portable electronics‎.
