This tutorial will give an overview of the UART product portfolio and highlight some of the markets and applications of these devices. UART technology will be briefly discussed, as well as the various CPU interfaces supported. Additionally, there will be a review of the MaxLinear UART product tree and the product differentiation will be shown.
