0.165” Pitch Power Mate® Discrete Wire System

Samtec’s 0.165” mm Power Mate discrete wire system offers a rugged power system with shrouded contacts which allows incredible reliability and performance in harsh environments. 16 AWG to 24 AWG PVC or Teflon^™ fluoropolymer cable provide a reliable wire-to-board connection in a slim, low-profile design for cable-to-board, cable-to-cable, and cable-to-panel applications.

This discrete wire system is available in single-row (2 to 15 contacts) and double-row (4 to 30 contacts) configurations and vertical through-hole or surface-mount and right-angle terminals. They are available as components or as complete assemblies.

The components are IPBT (board assembly), IPBD (socket housing), PMSD/PMSS (single and double row socket), and CC69L/CC69R (crimp contacts). Hand tools and bench-top applicators are also available to help assemble components into complete cable assemblies.
