OSD62x System in Package Based on the TI AM62

The Octavo Systems OSD62x system in package (SiP) integrates the Texas Instruments (TI) AM62 processor with DDR4 memory, TPS65219 PMIC, EEPROM, oscillators, and passives into a compact 21 mm x 21 mm BGA package. This integration removes tedious tasks from design processes, allowing users to focus on areas that add value to AM62-based designs. It is one of the fastest, smallest, and most cost-effective ways to implement an AM62 system.

The OSD62x SiP family of devices empowers designers using TI AM62x processors to get their designs to market faster and in a smaller form factor.
