The ECS-TXO-20CSMV4 is an addition to ECS Inc.’s line of MultiVolt™ TCXOs. It is an analog compensated clipped sine wave 4-pad MultiVolt™ temperature compensated crystal oscillator offering ultra-tight stability for precision applications. The standard part offers an ultra-tight stability of ±0.5 ppm over -40ºC to +85ºC across a supply voltage range of 1.7 V to 3.6 V or on a static supply of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. This part uses a high refresh or frequency calibration rate to maintain a linear frequency output during temperature compensation. The 2.0 mm x 1.6 mm x 0.8 mm ceramic package and options for 1,000-piece or 3,000-piece reels make these components ideal for wireless, Wi-Fi, and IoT applications.
