ADI's ADG798 is an extreme-high-temperature (+210°C), 8-channel, low-voltage, CMOS, analog multiplexer. This device switches one of eight inputs (S1 to S8) to a common output (D) as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines (A0, A1, and A2). All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action, preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. All channels will switch off when the device is disabled. The ADG798 features low power consumption and a single 3.3 V to 5.5 V or dual ±2.5 V supply range. The ADG798 is ideal for high temperature requirements, such as deep ground drilling, avionics, and heavy industrial applications.
