Image of American Zettler AZEV400 EV Charging Relays The American Zettler AZEV400 power relay is an addition to the popular Zettler AZEV relay series. With its unique contact set arrangement, it is specifically designed to withstand extreme short-circuit currents without contact welding. Additionally, it features a potential free N.C. (1 Form B) monitoring supervisory contact as required by IEC 62752:2016, thus making these types of relays ideally suited for applications with high security demands.

4-pole 50 A/480 V_AC or 2-pole 80 A/480 V_AC switching capacity
Load contact gap ≥4.0 mm
NC mirror contact according to EN 60947-4-1 for weld detection
Meets stringent short circuit requirements per IEC 62955, IEC 61008-1, and IEC 62052-11
5 kV_RMS dielectric strength with 10 kV surge withstand
Withstands inrush currents according IEC 62752 cl. 9.8 and ISO 17409 cl. 8.2.2
TÜV, UL / CUR and CQC approvals
